More details:

BURP aims to develop a publicly distributed system for rendering 3D animations. Currently this is a BETA project which means that certain restrictions apply. Not all uploaded sessions will actually be rendered right away - and sometimes you will not be able to contact the schedulers for short periods of time. Please note that this project is still in its testing phase and does not yet provide the security and stability of a full-blown BOINC project.

Hello,

i'm running a startup, where I will have a grid of home radiators-servers. They will produce heat in winter, cool in summer while working and we will pay the electricity bill. Free heat & cool for our customers is my goal. Heat first (i'm still working on heat to cool conversions).
At first stage i plan to install 100 of these servers by 3rd quarter of 2017. Servers can run Windows or Linux software. All would be connected to 100Mbps or greater speed internet in Lithuania (high speed internet everywhere in this country).

Server specs would depend on 4 factors:
1) heat the processors produce
2) price of the machine (CPU, RAM, GPU, etc)
3) electricity consumption
4) the price i get for their computing power

I see potential in cooperation with your company (rendering your jobs) and would like to hear your thoughts.

Best regards from Kaunas!
